Big Scary Tree Recording Studios specializes in recording human beings playing real organic instruments in all genres of music in an outstanding sounding acoustically correct space on Class-A gear both vintage and new!

The studio has all of the creature comforts of home including full bath and eating/lounge area. Arrangements can often be made for accommodations on longer projects for out of town clients!

The studio is also available to engineers, producers and other studio owners who do not have adequate space to cut basic tracks, loud guitars or live drums. These sessions are available at discounted rates with or without second engineer!

Our exquisite vintage guitar and amp collection is available in part or as a whole for sessions in house and also available for rent at other Los Angeles area recording studios with or without a guitar technician!

Please call for rates. We also offer transfers to and from many analog and digital formats.
